If you like rough extreme sex and BDSM, you're at the right place. Assylum is a new, completely original website dedicated to those niches, started by the site's father, Dr. Mercies. The doctor is clearly into rough sex himself, so he runs Assylum with full dedication. He and his helpers, such as Orderly Sinn "treat patients" in their office, with bondage, suspension, anal games, anal sex, ass licking, and rough fucking.

Of course noone really gets hurt here, no need to worry. In fact, they explain in the FAQ that they actually discuss with the girls what their real perversions are, and they build the scenes around those. They use a lot improvisation rather than following a script strictly. I can really appreciate that. They also add extra commentary tracks to some videos, in which the performers tell us how they felt in the sex scenes.
Assylum is original in other ways too. The scenes have quite unusual setups, with crazy suspensions and penetration angles, unusual props (trash can, jester uniform, dog mask, pig mask). You can feel that they put a lot of creative energy and work into creating original content. They're also accepting new ideas from members in the member's forum.

So what kind of treatment do the patients receive exactly? There is lots of rough sex with dominating the girls, anal sex, ass to mouth, sex toys & other insertions with gaping asses. Bondage is quite big in here, and Dr. Mercies is a real pro of the topic, there are crazy suspensions with the girls hanging from the ceiling. The movies are quite long, 35-40 minutes is normal, but they have several 45-75 minutes long scenes too. Quality is absolutely great, the Full HD scenes look perfect. There are 4K resolution videos too which simply look amazing, although those are only available with premium memberships, which cost a few dollars more.
As for the photos, some of them are taken individually, but most are from the 4K video footage I believe, but those also look good. The galleries are very small, many updates only have 5 photos, and even the longer series are below 20 images. The upside is that these photos are at least meaningful, not just some random ones.

The website has a unique, nice-looking design. The user-interface works good, although it's so unique that it takes a bit of time to get used to their navigation. There are two things I missed, ZIP downloads for images, and a categories / keywords page. While the sets are tagged with keywords, there is no central place to browse these tags. The site works great on mobiles and tablets both.

Assylum.com is clearly not for everyone. If you're into rough extreme hardcore & bondage, I very much recommend it. There are really not many downsides to the site. I'd appreciate some sets shot with different scenery, maybe even outdoors. The content here is absolutely original & exclusive.
