The site updates 1-2 times a week, an update usually has both a video & a photo gallery. You should also consider that by signing up Nebraska Coeds, you get access to the other sites in the network, so the number of updates & amount of the content is significantly more than just this site's.

I really enjoyed Nebraska Coeds, it has a huge amount of content that is hot and also fun.
