Streamate is one of the big ones. This webcam site has been around for a long time. You could consider it a "classic" cam site. It has stayed popular all these years, being a trustworthy, solid site that always has a huge selection of live girls. It has a clean design, the website is simple and easy to use.

At any given time, they'll have over 1500 models live on cam. When I wrote this review, they had 1841 cam girls online (including couple cams), 96 trans models, and 168 guys. (If you prefer to only browse guys, they also have an all-male version called Streamen. For trans they have TSmate.)

The model quality is definitely one of the highest. You can browse the cams of 18 year old hotties, MILFs, and mature women.

Once you've created an account, you can participate in various premium activities. I'll explain the differences between them.

• Give Gold: A tip basically, to show the girl your appreciation. You decide the amount, starting at $1. Many models say in their text what they'll do for a certain amount of gold. Show their feet, flash their titties, and so on.
• Gold Shows: A crowdsourced show. Only available when the model's page has a "Reserve Your Spot" button. The guests chip in together for a sexy performance. Everyone who has contributed can watch it. A good opportunity for cheap explicit action, sometimes you can buy in with just $1.
• Private Show: A more explicit show where the girls will do stuff for you, you can ask them to get completely naked, masturbate, play with toys, do some fetish stuff, roleplay or JOI… It's up to you and the model! For couple cams there are more options of course… you can ask them to do blowjobs, pussy licking, have sex, and so on. Other guests can join the Private Shows too if they pay. The girls set their own prices. There are $2/minute private shows, but $3-$5/minute seems more common.
• Exclusive Show: Just like the Private Shows, but 1-on-1. Other guests cannot join, it's just you and the girl! The girls set the prices. I'd say $4-$10/minute is common, but you'll also come across some girls that charge $10/minute or more.

This is completely optional of course, and off by default. Buying Videos is also available to those with an account. They usually cost a few dollars per clip, and not all models offer them. From what I've seen pictures are always free to view. There are lots of free videos too, although generally short.

The user interface is simple, fast, and nice. It works great on mobile devices too. You can also browse by model region and language. I wouldn't mind some more options here. I'd like to be able to select a specific country, not just the region. It just reorders the list with the matching models appearing first, and it's hard to tell where the real search results end.
Some nice extra features are the ability to communicate with models via messages, and you can save models to your favorites. And a very important feature, you can set a daily spending limit.

Streamate is a solid, trustworthy cam site that I can recommend. It always has a huge selection of hot models online. The website itself is clean, simple, and works well on all kinds of devices. There are two downsides. Number one, the free cams of the site are pretty soft in nature. You'll see some nudity and teasing, but not hard action like on some other sites. Number two, while they have nice looking 720P HD streams, it would be about time to add 1080P Full HD or even 4K.
