The mobile site has no download links, and the online player always plays the Full HD video. You cannot change the resolution. On tablets you get the full site, so every resolution video can be downloaded. I couldn't get the streaming player to work on my tablet. However by clicking on the download links, then selecting a video player app on the tablet, I could play the videos online without any issues.
